Return Policy - Standard Items

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from DataVision.  If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receipt, contact us for a return.  

Returns are accepted subject to the following:
-All returned merchandise must be in its original factory condition without modifications.  All factory included accessories and paperwork must all be included in the return (cables, chargers, batteries, adapters, warranty card, etc.)

-The UPC barcode must be unaltered,and affixed to the original packaging.

-DataVision tracks serial numbered products.  All returned product must match the serial number on file, or the return will be rejected.

-All mailed product returns must be double boxed (item packed in original manufacturer's package + a shipping box).  Do not write on the original manufacturer's package.

The following items are not returnable, or follow an alternate return procedure:

Non-Returnable Products
Custom Configured Merchandise
BBQ Grills
Consumables such as blank/recordable media, ink, toner, paper, and batteries.
Opened Software or Licenses
Cellular Phones
Furniture
Custom Built Computers
Used Underwater Equipment
Software or Downloaded Items

Products with Alternate Return Policies
-TV's 32" and larger
-Printers

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.  If you do not obtain an RMA#, your return will either be rejected or see a major delay in processing.   Please contact us or visit our Returns Page to obtain an RMA# and return information.  All returns should be sent with a traceable shipping method and insured, since the return is your responsibility.
