Shipping Carrier Delays

DataVision contracts multiple local and national carriers to deliver your product safely, securely, and in a timely fashion.  In the event your item is delayed by the carrier, DataVision will not be held responsible.  DataVision will support the buyer of the product in any way possible, such as expedite carrier claims and contact carriers on customer's behalf.  

DataVision is unable to accept responsibility for carrier delays due to acts of God, employee labor disputes, and weather.

DataVision insures packages in the rare event a shipment is lost or damaged.  Shoppers will be covered for these instnaces.
