Rebates are sponsored by the manufacturer directly and not by Datavision. In the event you qualify for a rebate and followed the submission properly and are denied, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the manufacturer or rebate sponsor directly. Verify you have applied properly with all of the qualification requirements. In the even you are still denied, see below.
2. If you have received an official denial of your rebate and are fully qualified, we will do everything in our power to work with the manufacturer to validate your rebate. Please contact our customer service department with the following details:

*Serial #/ UPC Code
*Copy of Rebate Denial Letter
*Your Contact Information
If you have not received an official denial of the rebate, but your processing seems to have taken a long time, please be patient. Most rebate processors can take 6-12 weeks to complete.
